Since 1998, DataPixel has developed a number of software titles with Helix RADE for operating systems prior to Mac OS X. Some received interface modifications to make them appear more like Mac OS X while running in Classic. (There is no affiliation with DataPixel.com of Spain.)
During the past few years, the distributor of Helix, QSA ToolWorks, has released Universal Mac OS X versions of Client, Server and Runtime Engine software. QSA ToolWorks is now hard at work modernizing the last component of the software suite: the Rapid Application Development Environment, Helix RADE.
Helix RADE is a relational database tool for developing applications in object code. Updating its code base by The Helix Recovery Team is a long process that made great progress last year.
